McFormal
Church, School, TV November 30th, 2007
Tonight is youth group, and we are doing something a bit odd, but then again that seems to be the way things are done over there in the country. It’s called a ‘McFormal’ and it combines a semi-formal and McDonald’s. The kiddies are getting dressed up all “formal like” and going over to McDonald’s for a fancy shmancy meal. Just kidding, we’re just buying McDonald’s.
But before I get to party at McDonald’s (I think I’m secretly mocking it every time I say it) I have to go to school, which is less than fortunate, but we’re doing a lab in chemistry which should be fun.
Man this writer’s strike is a real drain on my parade. You know I haven’t seen a new episode of the Office in like 2 weeks? I’m seriously going through withdrawal. I think that those dumb CEO’s or whatever should just give the WGA people more money, and then all the little people who want to watch can watch. And I love Conan for what his plans are.

Ahhh, the pains of labor unions… at least you can watch reruns. I am stuck without my daily dose of Jay Leno in the morning!!! How are you “formalizing” yourself for tonight? Pictures, please!

mcformal… teehee.
but actually the writer’s strike has to do with the writers receiving a fair percentage of dvd and online sales of the shows… which is sad because supposedly it won’t be over until christmas time…
